EXERCISE SESSIONS
Iron-Butt methodically builds the muscles in your butt,
lower back, and upper thighs. Central to posture and
sex-appeal. Push-scooters are a serious exercise
tool - not a toy. The exercise is smoooooth - no
impact.
That's a trottinette, trettroller, monopattino, step, etc.

slimmers, wearers of tight jeans, wobbly beach-
bums, seniors wanting strength and kids with obesity
or weight problems.
Of course it firms up all the rest of the body too !

weight-loss problem and have to stop for a few days
to re-gain weight. Buy no jeans until you've tried it.

Chose your own intensity level, beginners to experts.
We use lovely paved vehicle-free areas, so no risk.
No need to shower afterwards - we take it easy - it's
the muscle flow that's important.
Can't find a push-scooter, never used one ?
No problem, just bring one along and try - most
people can ride after a few minutes. We have some
spare push-scooters (but please reserve before).
If you're too wobbly on a push-scooter, don't worry.
We'll simply do some other movements like Fit-Chat's
easy and gentle 'alphabetic' exercises. Bet you'll be
on a scooter a few weeks later, amazing yourself.
